Yes, you are missing a lot. On the github repo you can find the client.exe, but not the compiled engine (which you can get here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/glinsco ... nch/master) and you will also not find the required .dll files, nor the ready-to-click batch files.

The documentation will be improved and a basic 'download' package assembled. I wrote Gary about this and am available to edit the text -- if there is a typical method for doing such editing through github someone please mention what it is. (I see documentation edits appear as 'pull requests' but I don't understand how pulling something results in that something being edited).
In your 7z files, please consider including a readme file which shows the sources of your files. For example, saying :
lczero.exe binary came from (confirmed with checksum): https://ci.appveyor.com/project/glinsco ... /artifacts
