Yes, you are missing a lot. The documentation will be improved and a basic 'download' package assembled. I wrote Gary about this and am available to edit the text -- if there is a typical method for doing such editing through github someone please mention what it is. In your 7z files, please consider including a readme file which shows the sources of your files. For example, saying :
lczero.exe binary came from (confirmed with checksum):

Where is the file 'network' from, here http://lczero.org/networks ?
