LCZero new bug?

LCZero 0.7 network using 142 weights running in Arena 3.51 on Windows 10

If TC set to time per move (say 30 seconds or even 3000 seconds) LCZero replies instantly. I have tried this many times.

Other time controls seem to be working ok.

Newest LC0 0.7 GPU version, always crashes on my computer in Arena. After 4 moves, after 30 moves, almost randomly but almost always crashes except 1-2 games.
That NEVER happened even once with the previous 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 versions.
