Re: Houdini and Komodo Stoofvlees is coming to Div P

As you can see Stoofvlees is NOT using the mere GTX 980 Ti that CCRL used to test it, Stoofvlees is in the same strength category as Houdini and Komodo using the proper Hardware as it is used in TCEC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dduh7IlvADM As you can see Ethereal, Xiphos and other great engines...

If you have GPU Nvidia generation Pascal or Turing, autor of Zeta wrote new version http://talkchess.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=71084 We currently run on a GTX 1050, which is Pascal. When you test Stoofvlees using GTX 908 Ti and LCZero and Alliestein using GTX1050, what does it tell us in compa...

Re: planned weekly komodo vs human series on chess.com

Maybe Komodo team might give chess960 + material odds a try. The disharmony of the pieces offered in chess960 might offset some material deficit. Most top engines play chess960 equally good as standard setup. Didn't you read the previous post? Two of the games will be precisely what you ask, chess9...

Re: The advantages of NN Learning engines..........

I forced LCZero to play the same opening 5 times and after it lost the first two games I gave it to analyze and when it play from the 3rd game on it avoided playing the same losing moves which made it to lose against Stockfish and it won game 3, 4 and 5. PS: I was wondering if ab engines have this ...

Re: planned weekly komodo vs human series on chess.com

😇😇 I would like to play against Komodo, but I am not a tittled chess player. 🙋‍♂️🙏🙏 We only play with increments, having no interest in seeing games decided by lag. If you still want to try some games, presumably to see whether you can get fortress draws, it might be worth some games to see whether...

Re: planned weekly komodo vs human series on chess.com

We are planning to start a weekly series of matches on chess.com. Each week Komodo would face some titled human opponent on chess.com for a rapid or blitz handicap match, details to be decided. We might use regular Komodo some times, MCTS version other times. The current plan is for this to happen ...
