Re: Honey XIr1 source released

Is there any comparison with a recent vanilla Stockfish in strength? I was thinking to put this engine on my website.

... the code that produces the compiles doesn't include that file, so having it ready beforehand would cause a delay of the compiles, which is what most users care about.
False: if commented it wouldn't affect the binaries in any way.

Re: Stockfish Polyglot now violates the GPL

There you go, you pain in the ass: https://github.com/massimilianogoi/Stockfish-Polyglot , just updated now. Re: Goi opening book

No Hiarcs or PowerBook can compete with my books in terms of quality of the moves mostly because they include human games while my works include only top games from Stockfish machines with alot of cores (some rare exception with mixed tournaments where the players use Lc0 or the latest Komodo, but w...

Re: Stockfish Polyglot now violates the GPL

To be fair an indian guy asked me the source on Instagram and I gave him. On GitHub there is the Stockfish Polyglot 11 source, so I don't understand all this rumpus. Including the source in the package is not so smart because it would be bigger: more time to download it and more bandwidth spent on m...

Re: Stockfish Polyglot now violates the GPL

Most of the important programs are missing such as Cfish, CorChess, Brainfish, the newest asmfishCP and so on.
I would say they are irrelevant. Simply a waste of CPU resource. I'm with Jouni on this.
