Re: how to run Lc0 on two RTX 2070 ?

Chessbase has article about building two RTX (2080?) machine and claim: There is one interesting thing to consider: if I had had this machine around the year 2000 it would have been the most powerful computer in the world! Really?

Re: Lc0 ... the GOOD and the BAD

If You now look at TCEC 14 games without player names, can You detect who is who? I think it's not that easy at all!

Re: Lc0 ... the GOOD and the BAD

Lc0 and A0 has shown, that tactics are not so important at all. They have very small impact to rating obviously. Only important in tactical test suites :) .

Re: End of Era is there: SF is finally beaten!

Heh heh. Obviously my tongue-in-cheek post has suddenly come reality! Lc0 is leading TCEC superfinal even with some 5-7 clear blunders :o  .
I wonder if these tactical blunders can't be prevented with doing single CPU AB search by any decent engine?

Re: Lc0 v0.20.2 (33003) Vs. Stockfish 080219 64 POPCNT

16 GB is too much for 7,5 s per move. TCEC uses 16 GB for 5 hour games with 43 cores. Which one were more expensive GPU RTX 2080 ti or Threadripper?
