Cheers, Robert Regarding your last point, the same would apply for Komodo; if you test Houdini with Contempt 0 against th...

Re: CCRL 40/4 testing Houdini, Stockfish and Komodo

Thanks for the test! Three comments. 1) It certainly seems that H4 gains more from the syzygy bases... The error levels in your ratings are 25 to 35 Elo, which is very large compared to the observed rating differences. This makes all conclusions very tentative - your guess that engine A gains more ...

CCRL 40/4 testing Houdini, Stockfish and Komodo

First of all - thanks for Stockfish it is a great engine!!! Just thought I would post a rare position where I can see the truth.... but Stockfish fails to understand the position. Re: Stockfish DD: a new official release

Does anyone know if the Syzygy version:

http://abrok.eu/stockfish_syzygy/

Author: Ronald de Man
Date: Fri Nov 29 21:21:20 2013 +0100
Timestamp: 1385756480

corresponds to the DD version with the addition of Syzygy support?

Thanks
