Re: Half Sisters Strike Back

Good to test these engines together. They are all are closely related ( obviously), but different s well. cfish nps is more than 10% faster and it's really not that far behind asmfish but much easier to maintain asmfish. Corchess is the engine to use for LTC in my book and you have to like what Mar...

Re: An Octagon Sharktank

Just for fun... An Octagon Sharktank , an Easter special running for the next 72 hours, 8 different flavors of the latest bleeding edge Stockfish and derivatives with the relatively "long" time control of a 150 second base with a full 5 second increment - 40 positions will be selected at random ( v...

Re: Playing the endgame like a boss !!

Sorry but I disagree, I have seen endgames of Lc0 where winning moves can't be reproduced by AB engines because it involves zugzwang at the end of the PV which would win. Ok, but to be fair I have seen very strong tactical combinations of SF too with many mating nets at the end against Lc0, which L...

Re: The problem with adjudication based on score

Do any engines correctly score 4k3/rr6/2p1p1p1/1pPpPpPp/pP1P1P1P/P7/8/3K4 w - - 0 1 to be a draw? Yes. :D Just recently added a 1st blockade detection rule to my SF fork. Patch is here: https://github.com/joergoster/Stockfish/commit/9c67b6a6874f2e8f2fb64f94504615020293f1ef position fen 4k3/rr6/2p1p...

Re: Leela-Cerebellum available

Long time no see, I'll take the opportunity to ask about the Sirius GUI. I'm sorry to say that the status of the Sirius GUI has not changed, in the last two years neither I or my brother had enough time to finish this project, because it takes an enormous amount of time to test everything, fix all ...
