Re: Any compositions like this?

Here's my solution. I'm not quite sure about it. [Event "?"] [Site "?"] [Date "2021.04.22"] [Round "?"] [White "?"] [Black "?"] [Result "1-0"] [FEN "k7/4R3/2PBQ3/1RBB2r1/7K/4N2B/4NN1B/4NB1B b - - 0 1"] [SetUp "1"] 1... Rg4+ 2. Kh5 Rg5+ 3. It's easy to make an extended one:
#175 without proving. I'm tired.
Are you quite sure about this one?
I have my doubts again, seems to me, that Black can escape.
Could you give your winning line, please?

Re: Any compositions like this?

Now I feel like the Black Rook in my composition: lonely, shining, and then disappearing. Obviously you're not as easy to be satisfied as others are with things like art and beauty, dear Chess(Choss)-Desperado. :) That's a bliss and a curse as well of course. You have to look for the extraordinary ...

Re: Any compositions like this?

In my opinion 16v2 is a good thought for chess puzzles, but, why so few??? Edited my posting after your answer with a YACPDB- link, if you'd want to have a look one more time, whether you already saw it or missed it maybe. Why so few is to be answered probably with the nature of the very big imbala...

Re: Any compositions like this?

HA HA, and now I get the answer I wanted. So what should I do next? I was once told that TalkChess was a chess engine forum but users here often talked about chess puzzles. But I've found that what I focus on is usually really different from others here. Should I get out? Or just do something else?...

Re: Any compositions like this?

And my question is, are there any compositions like this, 16vKR or just 16v2? Well, you'd probably not call it compositions, but Andreas Strangmüller did some mate solving experiments with postions of very big material imbalance here: http://talkchess.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=76978&p=888573&h...

NO! NO! NO! What I wanted to say is not the f4 pawn. a-d b-d d-f

But the two black rooks!!!
Ok, ok, second f-pawn theoretically possible, second black rook yet can't have jumped over black- coloured Bishop, that can't have been moved with e- and g- pawn on first rank, h-pawn at second.

Re: Any compositions like this?

It is legal, but too hard to solve for any engine that is NOT programmed with the triangulation method of wasting waiting moves  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81qxxoZzLGI I'm not sure whether plenty of people can understand me. You're right, a second one black Pawn can't have come to f4 ...
