Couple games

Thought I would put these couple games here. They involved SF 5/Fury and another SF with a slightly modified fury setting. The games seemed a bit ...I don't know - different from a lot of games? Anyway... Stockfish 5 64 SSE4.2 - Stockfish 170514 64 SSE4.2 [A85] 19Dayffd175xx furies Nampa (1.1), 01.1...

Re: Rodent IV beta

I do have one setting for stockfish 5 (Fury) that not only plays what seems to be an interesting, game but has some decent results, scoring 4 - 0 against Sting 10. Oh, hey, would you mind sharing? It's weird for me to say that something was the most stylistic engine from Glaurung codebase when I di...

Re: Rodent IV beta

At one point toward the end there was some mention of how it is seldom that engines are tweakable any more when released, with an example by ovyron mentioning Stockfish 14051722 specifically pointing out that the very next version did not have parameters that could be change. Just to toss in a menti...

which engine should win

which engine should win in a ten game 5 minute blitz tournament: Komodo 13.02, Shashchess 8, Stockfish 10, or SugaR XPro 1.6.1? Every thing is pretty much default; threads = 4. All engines x64.

Re: Sting 9.6, D.Jr 11.2, SF 5 param modifications

I should have mentioned "...any parameters that could be shared to go along with the ones I already have."

Sting 9.6, D.Jr 11.2, SF 5 param modifications

Does anyone have any modifications to the parameters in Sting 9.6, Deep Junior 11.2, and/or Stockfish 5 they consider interesting they would be willing to share? I'm interested in running a couple of coffee house tournaments.
