Teach chess in the 1800-2000 USCF range

To chess community:
Other than "Reassess Your Chess" and ("Chessmaster" software) what books or software are good for the Class A human chessplayer.

Is FRC rating for SF and Houdini 3600 ELO?

According to CCRL the rating for Houdini and Stockfish in FRC is 3600 ELO.
Can that be confirmed?

I am sure Carlsen and Kasparov can touch them except maybe "a masterpiece draw".

I am sure pawn odds is par for the course.

Re: Inside the brain of the man who would be 'Blindfold King

The Bllindfold King has the Guiness Book of world records for most players played with 48.
He had a 80.2 winning percentage (which barely exceeds 80 percent to put it in the books).

With websites, emails, and downloads will be more changes?

With the combined knowledge of websites, emails, and downloads will there be more DRASTIC changes in software?
Any more improves with SF 8?

Re: Your humble chessplayer from 2017 onwards

The internet is about 20 years old. We collect together ideas from websites, email, social media, and downloads.

I agree there will be more improvements but not as vast from 2017 onwards.

Your humble chessplayer from 2017 onwards

Now that Stockfish 8 is so far currently number one in efficiency, I humbly offer hats off to SF. I can't think of any improvements except for opening and ending databases.

Thank you gerold

Gerold:
Thank you.
Nice shiny pieces of wood for computer graphics on Arena 3.5.1!

By downloading from the start does make it work.

Re: How to get rid of "Invalid Command Line" on Ar

Thanks Colin for quick reply and some input but not all worked yet.
I have Arena 3.5.1.
I have not used Demo lately and I don't get "Invalid Command Line" anymore.
I had SF 8 working a few days ago.

Move Now works with one ply, not the whole game.

More input needed please for Christmas,
Jonathan Lee
