Sting SF 24

download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/8tkh5aojvlrpvv7/file

I'm sorry my project is updated so often, but I can't use my computer for that long how I want and need (health). For this, there are only some small but always, I hope, important modifications.

Re: sting-sf-23

Protest? Against what? My projest Sting is to store some special positions dedicated to AI ("iq" test) and to prove that each Alpha-Beta engine is able to do it too (e.g. Sting) without special versions (parameters). One brain in one head! The Alpha-Beta searching ends by a horizon effect, for this...

Hello lech,

where can I find a download link to the predecesssor , SF 22, please?

Regards,
Norbert
Nowhere it is published. I couldn't do it here and it is my personal protest.
This version (23) ends my work at "equal" positions and now I hope Sting will be in time.

Re: Sting SF 21

Indeed this example proves that an Alpha-Beta engine is able, without any tricks, to make that impossible.
A pity that my project (brain) is killing by an advanced technology. :(

Re: Sting SF 21

Indeed it seems to be much better to save the first item of the "IQ" test in an original way as study. Thanks! [Result "1"] [FEN "rkr5/p5p1/Pp4Kp/8/3B4/1B6/8/8 w - - 0 1"] 1. Be5 {win} [Result "2"] [FEN "7k/6rp/6pN/1r4P1/3B4/8/8/K7 b - - 0 1"] 1... Rxg5 [Result "3"] [FEN "1B1k4/3p4/1Kp5/PpP2p2/1PqP1...
