In priciple, yes. It will be fine that engine always check positions for to back to the book.

Theres another issue. Marvin dont read properly polyglots books. In five or six moves kept out of book when theres a lot of moves
availables.

It should fantastic if you can post those openigs books.
Btw, gunther has right about openings books of UCI versions, but the oldest have a reasonable efficience.
