I once did that here at ccc and proved that totally different source code could decompile into identical code. You laughed at it.

ELO rating is a relative rating system, where ones rating is based on our performance against other rated opponents. Since engines doesnt play against FIDE rated opponents its impossible to say what an engines FIDE rating would be.

Not only is it in breach of the CCC charter, it is infact considered to be a crime in most civilized countries. Something to think about.
