Re: Polish users cut off from TalkChess
Guys, I'm bumping this thread as the issue hasn't been solved yet. Users from Poland still cannot acces Talkchess.com. Can you (mods) make this thread sticky until the issue is solved?

Re: Polish users cut off from TalkChess
Hi Dann, I confirm that. Here in Poland we cannot access Talkchess.com since May (AFAIR). What I'm doing now is I'm connecting via proxy.

Re: Giving up the center
Thanks. Note that Bf4, which is Stockfish's choice, is a clear second here. I think it's safe to say that the best move is one of the two. I wonder why Stockfish doesn't like Bb5 that much. To find out, we should put these into Stockfish: position startpos moves e2e4 e7e5 g1f3 b8c6 b1c3 g8f6 d2d4 e5...

Re: Giving up the center
I have a question to a similar position: r1bqkb1r/ppp2ppp/2np1n2/8/3NP3/2N5/PPP2PPP/R1BQKB1R w KQkq - 0 6 This can happen out of Philidor or Scotch, so that's very common position on an amateur level. So what's White's best way to continue? I guess many good moves here. Leela favours Bb5, while Sto...

Re: Zarkov 4.20?
I think Frank Quisinsky is the person to ask. PM him or contact him via his website: www.amateurschach.de
A few years ago he released Zarkov collection.

Re: Komodo 13 released
Guys, just a quick question: Does Komodo MCTS make any use of Hash option or it only uses MCTS Hash option? I want to increase MCTS Hash value but then I have to decrease Hash value. So I wonder if decreasing normal Hash has any impact on analysis.

Re: How to equalize in 6.h3 Sicilian Najdorf (Adams Attack)?
6. .. e6 7. g4 h6 has been tried by quite a few strong players and looks pretty reliable, although this is actually a transposition to the Keres Attack (B81), which Black should generally avoid. Usually White goes 8. Be3. One example of this line: Hmm... I'd say it's more in Najdorf spirirt rather ...

Re: How to equalize in 6.h3 Sicilian Najdorf (Adams Attack)?
Thx for your input, guys. If your goal is simply to get SF (without contempt) to say 0.00 rather than having an easy position to play, then we can start from the following position (unless you think white should do something else) 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 a6 6. h3 e5 7. Nde2 ...
