I guess, you are the only titled player here.
Most of us are like 1200-1300.
You would be lucky if you find some 2000+ in here.

Re: when is a win a win and a draw a draw

Hi everyone I have a question regarding the subject here. I was playing a bullet game and I had only a king and a knight and my opponent had 3 pawns a rook. My opponent ran out of time but I was told that since I only had a knight that I could not win the game so the server said it was a draw?? The...

Re: Lc0 vs 1# pos BT-2630

I suggest Little Demon 2, 10x128 net.
https://lc0.org/ld2

There could be other better smaller nets ( only minimal) , LD2 is the one officially using in TCEC and CCC .

Re: Lc0 vs 1# pos BT-2630

This is my Lc0 on my Samsung S10 with Little Demon 2 net on android Leela.
Leela see 1. Nxg7 within 15 seconds and stick with it.

Note. She found it around 4.5k nodes. It means, 1060 GTX will find in 2 seconds and 20xx RTX GPUs will find in 1 second.

Re: Leela outplays SF Dev in a position that SF evaluates as draw

SF (W) & Leela (B) play to this position: 3r4/pp4k1/1bn1Rr1p/6p1/5p1P/1NP2P2/PP1R1P1B/6K1 w - - 1 11 SF thinks this is not Black's best line. Can someone tell me what Leela's evaluation in the diagram position is? 1.Re4 Rxd2 2.Nxd2 Rd6 3.Nc4 Rd1+ 4.Kg2 Bc7 5.Re8 Rd7 6.a4 Kf6 7.Rh8 Kg6 8.Rg8+ Kf5 9....

Re: Smith Morra Bust?

"Bust" is a bit of an extreme word in this case. I have been communicating with him, and I found forced draws for white in his proposed line (and he agreed with my analysis). Nevertheless, I think he correctly claims that in his lines, black is the one pressing and white is (successfully, with good...

Re: Leela outplays SF Dev in a position that SF evaluates as draw

0.47 is essentially within draw score for most position. In fact the game is impending forced loss with one trapped piece. A trapped piece never automatically happen. A top engine should be able to predict the impending trapped piece with his own tactics before 5-10 moves ahead like a top human can ...

320x24 Jh net is doing well in cccc bonus. Good news for upcoming T60 series!!

As it is early era of NN, no one knows the optimum size of network for current consumer hardwares. Although 20x256 are much stronger than 10x128 in 20xx RTX hardwares, bigger networks did not do well previously. It is the first time to see this bigger net 320x24 doing well in cccc. It is a very good...
