Re: Perhaps better than decreasing aspiration windows?

I may have missed something along the way, is Chesser your engine or an open source engine you started working on? Just curious? I thought you were working on a move generator during the second half of last year. Is Chesser that move generator?

Re: Chess Engine by the World's Greatest Programmer

He is up there, he wrote a C like programming language called HolyC.

If he were not suffering from mental illness I am sure he would probably be a well known computer engineer at a prestigious university.

Re: Chess Engine by the World's Greatest Programmer

I wouldn't discount his skills. He may not be a good chess programmer YET. But he has rolled his own operating system, compiler, programming language, etc. The guy is extremely talented.

Re: Chess Engine by the World's Greatest Programmer

Apparently he contacted Garry Kasparov at his website regarding the chess engine he wrote and how he wanted Garry to contribute to work on God's Temple. It got him banned. That happens a lot to him. He is banned on OSDev and several Reddit groups.

Re: Chess Engine by the World's Greatest Programmer

It occurred to me that I might have put this in the wrong place. I honestly just wanted to put his code up here for people to look at since he published it on his site. I don't think it can be run outside of his operating system, but the basic idea of what the code is doing is present for us to look...
