That's not the reason, obviously Black would have too much black weaknesses around his lone K, vs. Q+N attack from White.

Bishop stronger than rook ?!

Here stockfish choose to keep the dragon bishop than capture the rook in the corner. Queen trapped in the corner

For the exchange white got a pawn and opposite-colored bishops. Also it's not clear how black will be able to release his queen from custody.
