Re: https://mzchessforum.altervista.org
It depends also by the hosting, altervista is a free one, so not so good. Hackers attempted with my site too, but it has gone bad for them as the company on my back is rock solid, plus backups are made on a schedule by the Bluehost VPS staff. An sql administrator must always be careful with scriptin...

Re: https://mzchessforum.altervista.org

Sharing is done for the enjoyment of other people, not getting thanked or accumulating Thanks which is just a meaningless number that raises used to discriminate people. We have different points o...

Re: https://mzchessforum.altervista.org
Sharing is about having something of value and giving it to other people, if people don't have anything of value to share it's disrespectful to tag them as "grabbers", and say they don't contribute, because what are you going to contribute if you have nothing to contribute? Dividing people in "shar...

Some of us tried our best to give a fair service in the name of chess nothing more nothing less, If the forum has gone then it will be a lo...

Re: "Fat fritz" stronger than Stockfish ?
I guess no serious opening book is made just translating games into book format, there's always: a) a human selection of games b) a human sorting of that selection (as chess opening books compilers use the First Comes First Served algorythm, so there is a hierarchy bound to the sorting in the making...

Re: https://mzchessforum.altervista.org
The spirit of sharing is to ask nothing in return. Otherwise you're selling, even if you're not selling for money. The system was meritocratic and I can't see anything bad about it. The more you share, the higher you go. The best thing in MZ Chess is the people that share. I hope that if MZ is one ...

Re: https://mzchessforum.altervista.org
Well, the private attachment thing has a sense: only contributing users can get those resources (although they could reupload the stuff to mirror sites). This was made to push the user to bring something useful, and I have to admit that worked as they have the most high quality games around the Inte...
