if the first move(s) are easy, you can exercise you to calculate the complete combination lines... It is less easy and there are some hidden threats maybe for blacks (Qc6 in some lines maybe). I don't recommend one set or even two sets of 100 games with any suite. When I test, I have at least 3 opponents, possibly more.
