Re: Godzilla Endgame Chess Puzzles (2)
Walter, one correction in number 6: after 1.Nf6 Rxd5 2.Nxd5 f5 now is mate in 8 with 3.Kb6 (no 3.Rc5).

Re: A french defence game
My analisis:
1.Qf3 Rh8 2.h5 and now:
a) 2... Nxe3 3.fe3 Qxg5 4.0-0-0 winning.
b) 2... Kf8 3.Ng4 Ke7 4.g6 Kd7 5.Nf6+ Kc7 6.Kd2 and white is better.

Qc5 and Qe3 lose too, and there are no other moves. check better with your fish. [d] 8/1p3Qpk/pq5p/4K2P/6P1/5P2/P1P5/8 b - - 12 48 Perhaps there was confusion. If B king moves Kd8 is 1-0. Correct is Kd7-d6-d7-d6.Rodolfo Leoni wrote:W King is tied to black f4 pawn. B King will always move Kd7-d8-d7-d8.... A clear and easy draw. But engines cannot see it.
