Re: Stockfish 9 on iOS ?

Here are some comparisons of the A12X cpu to other commonly used CPUs: https://bgr.com/2018/11/01/new-ipad...

Re: Congratulations leela on first legit win against Stockfish, no scam!l

Yes, Stockfish has won 9 vs Leela's 1 so far. Also when Stockfish played the White side of the opening used in the game that Leela won with White, Stockfish as white won in 45 moves vs Leela's 58 moves when Leela played the white side of that opening. Leela is kind of interesting, but nothing specia...

Re: Stockfish wins TCEC

They will play all 100 games and not stop the match just because Stockfish has already obtained an insurmountable lead.

Re: Thank You Your Move Chess & Games

I am also grateful for Your Move Chess and Games' support for this site. As a long time customer of theirs, I benefited not only from the various dedicated chess computers I purchased through them, but also of course from this site and the many fine minds that have a place to share their knowledge w...

I was able to compile it on Linux Mint 18.2 with no issues using the makefile provided.

Re: Test position 30...Nxb3

[You are correct, Stockfish does indeed take a long time to find 30...Nxb3!. Yep. Time for AlphaZero or some similar Engine to take over from the doddering Fishstock. Well Anil, I wouldn't quite call Stockfish "doddering" (I get the feeling that you think that Stockfish, Houdini, and Komodo all suc...

Re: Any news of a Komodo update in sight?

I don't have to be a Programmer to see that Stockfish was completely outclassed. Run any Engine you like under whatever conditions you want and can you find 19. Re1 ?
