ChessBrainVB 3.70 - TCEC S13 division 1 version released

Hi all,

I have found by accident that ChessBrainVB 3.70, the version played in TCEC S13 division 1, has been released:

https://github.com/RZulu54/ChessBrainVB/releases

ChessBrainVB is a pretty intesting engine, with low NPS and an attacking style.
