Re: Benjamin 2.0 - Tactical Analysis Engine
I would guess Benjamin and Benjamin 2.0 as 2 very contrary concept engines are both weaker overall then the strongest pro deo engine.
On my machine this is still prodeo 2.1 YAT. But maybe I am wrong.

Re: Benjamin 2.0 - Tactical Analysis Engine
Benjamin 2.0 - Tactical Analysis Engine. Benjamain 2.0 goes one step further than the first version, the focus of version 1.0 was on playing style, version 2.0 is meant as an analysis tool to quickly find tactical shots. We ran a tactical suite of 100 positions (mainly positions from the excellent ...

Re: benchmark new smartphones:
I am trying to understand what your posting means. You have a new smartphone. I guess it is a Samsung s20 FE. And you want to benchmark it, So which engine did you use, We have to use all the same engine, otherwise we cannot benchmark the hardware. Then we present the NPS after 2 minutes computation...

Re: A Book For a Vintage Program
IMO the book should be kind of mirror of the playing style of the engine. If it plays like Petrosian I would not bring aggressive openings into the book. If the engine plays Like tal it would be nice to bring open positions into the book. If it plays very nimzowitch.... The engine must come out of b...

Re: The plea to new democstrocal elections in CTF gets sabotaged
I have founded this club, in 1997 (together with others ) And now we fight for democratical elections. We demand nothing else but democratical elections. After years of no elections, There is nothing wrong with this demand, 23 years ago. The idea was that this forum is moderated with democratically ...

Re: The plea to new democstrocal elections in CTF gets sabotaged
Hgm is no admin, Sam Hull is. Was never voted as an admin. He was implemented. By the shop. Sam hull implemented HGM as moderator , never elected, implemented. They try to save their status quo against democratical elections. It’s a shame. When we founded CCC 1997 (Yes, 23 years ago) we made sure th...
