Matthias, most of us don't make our engines with the goal that they'll be used by humans (as humans would only use Rybka for its strength or Hiarcs for its human-style play), but instead that they'll compete decently in engines tournament, don't we? :) I just don't want mine to be in the last divisi...

Nope, won't release anything before it reaches a decent Elo. Expect a first public version for this summer. Besides, you'd be deceived if I would now, as there are hundreds of stronger engines.

Hello, sorry, but my engine is currently being rewritten using bitboards, and the current version is too weak (around 2000 Elo) to be published. I mostly have time to write code in the summer, so my pace is much slower the rest of the year. Olivier Deville can testify it exists, works, and is stable...
