Re: I have a working win32 compile of Robbolito 84

HappyHippo84 - Rybka v2.3.2a.w32 : 76.5/100 57-4-39 (1=101=1=11==11==1111==101===1==1==11=1=11=1=1=1111=111111=1=111=1=0===011=1=111=1=1111111==11111====) 77% +210 Hi Michael, +210 is very impressive. CCRL blitz list has Rybka 3 at 3118, while Rybka 2.3.2a at 3021. This seems to indicate that Robbo...

Re: CCRL 40/40 - A most curious game

Following the games you posted there is a problem. In the first and third neither engine is using a book. In the second and fourth one the book was just 2 moves. You should check your configuration for this test. He's using the right configuration but unfortunately his test shows no sense as every ...

Re: CCRL 40/40 - A most curious game

No,the opening book has a responce against 1. Nc3 but ti's poorly developed,8 halfmoves at best.... Dr.D I read everything carefuly and that's why I told you that the answer against 1. Nc3 in this outdated opening book is poor.... As for the configuration, yes,he posted the parameters and they are a...

Re: CCRL 40/40 - A most curious game

I will not post them all since it will take too much space on CCC. Most of the space is wasted with mainline for every move. In Arena, press [F7] --> PGN and there you can switch that off. (Eval+depth+time is a different options and can remain.) Also, I don't see what sense it makes to simply post ...

Re: Gaviota 0.74 released

Finally, after a long time... version 0.74 for Win32 (other versions later, particularly for Linux). http://sites.google.com/site/gaviotachessengine/ I may move the site to google sites from the previous one, but I am not sure yet. Do not cast in stone the links. What is new: A gazillion changes si...

Re: In Regards to Naum 4

N4 is tuned as a multi processor 64bit engine. I see that your system is not multiple processor and 32bit. N4 power is not so impressive on a single core, but it should be still more impressive than what you have shown. Another thing, make sure you have HT "OFF" in the BIOS as that damages ELO stre...

regarding cloning issues?
If there is a clone you deny it, if there is no clone you see one?
Strange..
