Yes, that's the win and it's forced mate. 25..fg 26. Ng5! and after tossing pieces Black is mated. Many programs miss the mate let alone Game 3-0. White to play and mate in 10. when Vas the bugs not removed, so is not Martins fault.

btw. The bugs do not affect the strength.
