If you look at the full ratinglist, you see, that LD2 Net gained +20 Elo.

Click on “See the ORDO-rating of the archive-gamebase with all NN-testruns“
Thx.

Lc0 0.23.1 58613+ (what does the "+" mean?)
Just take a look below the ratinglist...

58613+ settings: CPuct=2.00, FpuValue=0.50, PolicyTemperature=1.50
58573+ settings: CPuct=2.70, FpuValue=0.50, PolicyTemperature=1.53
Any idea how much Elo those settings squeezed?

Re: New Cerebellum Library

It's a nuisance for BIN books, I download one to try it, it plays a game against someone, that someone misplays the opening but the book has missing a killer move, I add it to the book. We play another game, opponent plays same line, I get excited because of the killer move, but my BIN book deviate...

Re: Usefulness of "Leela ratio"

I support testing that will bring cost (TCO) to the spotlight, abandoning the Leela ratio. This won't give you the reliability of a formula (LR), because prices fluctuate over time and depend on where you live, but at any given time and place, some basics can be stablished. Some components will be n...

Re: What is the purpose of chess engines?

When I tell people where the heating home comes from, they usually laugh, but I never knew what's laughable about killing two birds with one stone. Because it's like using your Rocket Launcher to kill a fly. Sure, you already have the rocket launcher, and you want to kill the fly, but who's going t...

I already knew that before. But Chessbase's marketing was good.
Chessbase propaganda is only as good as its target audience.

Re: NN Engine GPU Usage

Performance -> GPU0(where 2080 Ti is) -> and now choose a ↓ down arrow in any of the setting, e.g Video Decode and choose Compute_0. That shows the Leela GPU usage and not the 3D that you probably see and confuse you. :D Are you sure he shouldn't be choosing "Cuda" from the dropdown menu?

Re: Fat Fritz destroyed Stockfish!

I predict that soon enough someone's bulb will light on and they will provide a supervised learning NN that plays stronger than anything else available, though as things tend to go, it'll only be like 20 elo over second best and nobody will be impressed by that. Neither should them. Right now FF is...
