Obviously c=0 helps Houdini? With default c=2 it always loses by 10-30 ELO. May be I must re-test with c=0. I examined a big difference in results also in matches between latest SF171219 and Houdini 6 with contempt 0 H6 default got 39,5% where H6 c=0 got 47%(!) Houdini 6 - SF171219bf 14x AMD Ryzen ...

More to the point, Stockfish was struggling with a space disadvantage and bad bishop for the whole game. Where was the original strategic mistake? after 38 games at TC 15m10s still equality +5 -5 =28 (but although 5x longer TC two more wins yet) avg game lenght 50-55minutes so will take take about two more days for full 100 games I doubt there will be much difference in outcome with first match at TC3m2s where Stockfish won +10 -8 =82, but le...

It does better at long time control because brainfish speed is less efficient. That's means Houdini is better than Stockfish dev now. The brainfish compile I use is just the fastest (as mentioned by Stefan Pohl here http://www.talkchess.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=65139 ) and not a special one rewrit...
