I have never been succesful in getting a fully workable, user friendly chess engine up and working on my computer. Maybe since i have had it repaired, it will work better now? Wha...

Re: Very long threads (such as phone benchmarks)
The benchmark mobile phone gives not only the benchmark. The latest mobile phones get tested and we talk about the usefulness of these phones for computerchess. Information that is nowhere in the usual computer blogs or computer websites. Because these websites benchmark antutu, ... and all other k...

Re: New Engine: Blitzkrieg
Sorry, I do not like this name. I second that! A name like this is disgusting and lacking any compassion. Re: Moderation team quits.
.+1 - I have not seen one item that impugned the character of the moderators... Recognise these? Such an evil bunch of people determined to destroy computer chess. Wonderful appreciation for the fantastic job they've done over three terms. That moderators of TalkChess would feel compelled to severe...

Re: Moderation team quits.
......at some point there have to be new moderators and what if nobody is interested? Exactly. Other members can see how moderators are treated here, so why on earth would they want to be one? You are overreacting Graham  CCC is a democratic forum, folks choose the leaders that rule over them...

His marketing is a hangover and he like to look nice, but there are not that many people who fit that description.styx wrote:What exactly are you talking about: you mainly like the HIARCS engine, right? Do you play it at full strength or do you talk about the weak levels that are fun to play against?
