Re: GUI under lan

I also made a pseudo-engine for allowing humans to play remotely ageinst each other. (Which is not what the OP wants, btw.) It is called p2p.exe. when run as an engine in a GUI on both ends, it allows you to set up a peer-to-peer connection. The p2p.exe on one machine then plays as the human on the...

Re: Remote Engines SSH

In that case you could try to replace it with below CommandLine := ssh USERNAME@localhost "/home/USERNAME/linux-engine" Upload your public key to your server so that you don't have to enter your password every time when logging into your server. Make sure you can login without password on the comma...

Daniel I was looking at the lower half of this document from komodochess for use with InBetween and providing a windows path i...

Remote Engines SSH

Now that Windows 10 has a Built-in SSH Cleint and Server, is Putty still needed for Remote Engines or is there another way? I can of course get it to work from a command line, but would like to run it in GUI without Putty if possible.

Yes, very nice game indeed. Latest Leelenstein with PR925 thought 21. ... Nh5?1 was doubtful and that black had better chances with 21. ... Bxd5.

Re: Endgame Novelty

While I was watching the commentary on the game this morning, it was stated that they (Radjabov and Ding) had played this line before in the pass. I don't think they claimed it to be a great move, just that it was new and had not been played before in the past. I will take a look at the f3 line.

Re: What does your engine like here?

As a human I would play: g3 followed by Kg2 followed by Rooks to the Q-side followed by minority attack. Lc0 pretty much goes for this. But g4 is reasonable here I would say Both Komodo & Stockfish would as well play g3. As a human, lately I've been looking for surprising and creative moves. Of cou...

What does your engine like here?

So I am currently playing a LTC match between Deep Junior Yokohama and Spike 1.4 where this position occurred on the board. rn1q1rk1/p1p2pp1/1p3b1p/3p4/3P4/P1N1PN2/1P1Q1PPP/R4K1R w - - To my surprise after a few minutes of thought Junior decided on the move g4.
