Re: Dramatic increase in Elo by Leela

i hear from people that this "selfelo" is meaningless and some of them telling that this "selfelo" is only comparable to nets tested just before and has no meaning in terms of "reached strengh overall" but i dont know wether they are clueless as i am or not... fact is: current 3.xxx nets peak the "o...

Re: McCain v10 Release

this is the original testposition i used:
[D]3N2r1/2K1p3/4Pk2/8/Bp5b/8/2P5/8 b - - 0 1
i used: Monge-compile64-modern on win7, some 6-menTB+all 5-men..."Monge" hits no TB's....McCainV2 has countless hits...parameter-settings are default (1-5,6,7 probe-depth tested and no changes)

Re: McCain v10 Release

1. thx MikeB
2. same prob here as Peter has...only Monge compliles work and meanwhile TB's access seems crippled or rewritten eg: 4K3/4p3/4k3/8/Bp6/6b1/2P5/8 b - - 1 4
(normally 1000's of hits...Monges's compile almost none)...looks strange to me so far

Re: leela is official(?) better than sf9

im not a personality that is involved in google or Lcx... 1. the competition between A0 and SF8 might be a hoax that never took place...imo it took place which is a pure question of believe or not believe.. 2. imo SF8 was "new enough" to show the intimidation of this kind of "new" approach...isnt it...

Re: leela is official(?) better than sf9

thats pretty much an imputation from my personal point of view and my experience tells me not to do so if there is no evidence for such claims..to tell people that google manipulated the entries to get a result that was intended to get because otherwise it would not have been possible or likely is n...

Re: No chance
