How to set MultiPV in Komodo?

I purchased Komodo 13.2.5 this week and I was reading the README file that mentions it beating Stockfish 10 in a test match when in MCTS mode and the MultiPV=6. I wanted to experiment with that with some other engines but I don't see any setting in the Engine Parameters(Fritz 17 GUI) called "MultiPV...

GUI's that support concurrent games?

I know the Banksia gui supports concurrent engine vs engine games, are there any others? I thought the Fritz gui used to but it doesn't seem like it does now.

Thank you..

Re: Banksia GUI released

Maybe I am missing something but the "Result" menu option doesn't seem to do anything so I can't quickly see which engine is winning\won the tournament. In the below image, users can see: - In the Tournament panel (on the left side): which games are completed, their results and who won. - In the To...

Re: What are your Favorite Chess GUI's And Why..

I mostly use Fritz 17 for engine vs engine and tournaments, it's just more polished than the free ones. I also like Arena, especially for it's engine installation wizard which will allow you register an entire folder of *.exe's. The fact that other gui's require you to register each engine one at a ...

Re: TCEC has new hardware!

I wonder why though. I mean if you play a match on old hardware vs new hardware wouldn't the results be pretty much the same?

Re: Crafty 25.4y hits Deep Blue's 200M nps on a desktop...

Just curious are the nodes in Crafty counted the same way as they were in Deep Blue? I am no expert, but I was reading this article that explains nps.. https://www.chessprogramming.org/Nodes_per_Second " But whereas comparing different version of the same program is fine, comparisons between differe...

Why ? Who cares if there is a progress of 40 ELO ?

There will be no progress in computerchess by this kind of programming.

Buy a computer twice as fast and use the old version. Will bring more ELO.
Wouldn't the same be true for Lc0 if you could buy the next generation of video cards?

If there were one engine I could bring back and covert to WB/UCI protocols, it would be Marty Hirsch's Mchess. :D
Exactly what I was thinking when I first read the topic of this post. I still use it now and then using DOS BOX
