Re: Syzygy EGTB's via Torrent Thread

Has anyone seen any performance differences between accessing these EGTB files on SSD v. External drive?

Re: IPON results for Houdini 4

people are actually paying for a tuned version of Robbolito. Robert will have to confirm whether this statement is true or not. However, like me, most players simply want the best engine(s) regardless of its/their actual or alleged distant origins. Personally, I could care less as ICCF makes no eng...

Re: IPON results for Houdini 4

LOL, I can both read and comprehend; but your rants notwithstanding, I and others here are looking for you to show us where the past or current testing of SF v. H3/H4 v. K shows or portends to show that SF is the demonstrably superior or even the equal STC or LTC engine. The tests at TCEC or current...

Re: IPON results for Houdini 4

I will run a 16-core, no ponder, LTC (150+?) event with H4ProB, Komodo 1142 and SF DD when 1142 is available. Interested in any input as to how to make a true ICCF-type LTC competition.

Re: 3Champs reloaded

Larry - as you know, I'm planning a "LTC" 16-core 2687W, no ponder, event between H4ProB, K1142 and SF DD (or TBD), and ask for your, Marco and Robert's suggestions on format, along with anyone else's.
