The only problem I see with claiming the title World Champion XXXX based off of TCEC is that I think it is to be a bi-annual event (going forward). If you only want to run fixed depth tests, Intel will be virtually impossible to beat as you can safely use HT. If you want to run time based tests, it will be closer. Intel will still offer better performance/watt, but AMD machines will probably offer better performance/dollar at least for upfront ...
