problem with syzygy tablebases

I'm trying to implement syzygy tablebases in my program, and i came across one positions where syzygy tells me it is a loss, while it is really a win. This is the FEN: 7R/8/3k3q/P7/8/3K4/8/8 w - - 0 0 White to move, so white rook takes black queen, and wins easily because white is now rook+pawn ahea...

I would like my program to participate in the tournament, for the first time. You did post winboard command for it, but is there anything else i need to do? What about login/password? I'm thinking about the best way to add logic for draw by insufficient material to my engine, and i cannot think of a good way to do it. Here are my thoughts: Say you have a board with KB+kp. Here white cannot win. But he should still try to take black pawn, to avoid it being promoted. So, what score...
