Sometimes I test Andscacs at even longer time controls than 240 s, but the result is not reliable, of course. Is more to have a rough idea between clearly different versions. No enough resources to obtain anything meaningful.

Sure a good time management gives more than 30 elo, if not much more.
In Andscacs I assume 24 moves always remaining, but with some other tricks to improve this.

It's not in active development anymore. Changes are mostly bugfixes for TCEC. Development will probably ramp up again around the next TCEC edition and when we bought new hardware for testing.
