I suspect Stockfish would run on Linux. Unfortunately no featured Chess GUI exist for Linux AFAIK.

I played around with gcc profiler and produced the text output. It was fun. In future I may try heavier projects to see what happens.

Using profiler on linux

Hi,

As I remember , one could use Visual Studio profiler on Windows OS. What about that on Linux OS ? I found this link , any better idea ?

As a general response to the thread, If PGO runs just in debug (not release) mode, I would not rely on it. One of the issues is the NPS of an engine in both modes, which is way better for release mode.

"Replay training" could also categorize user mistakes and supply solutions to fix them.

As another feature user can select a player from a data-base. The uses replay training for all/some of his games. The last replayed game can be remembered by GUI.

Disabling Let's Check in ChessBase

Hi,

How can I permanently disable "Let's Check" in Chess Base 15 ? I unchecked setting->"connect automatically" but After using "Default kibitzer" At times "Let's check" is again connected.

As a work around I can use save feature of replay training. Shows me game with my suggested moves as a line. I have two points now: With the save capability user can get additional stuff. For instance time taken by user to suggest each move. User can set a time control for replay training. For insta...
