Re: Square Off (KickStarter)

Ted I have had a reply. ............................ Hey Bryan, I appreciate your interest in supporting us on Kickstarter. I would like to tell you that we have worked on Square Off for over 3 years and use very high quality parts. We expect the failure rate to be minimum. However in the unfortunat...

Re: Square Off (KickStarter)

Ted
Although I have tried twice, I can't get an answer about warranty.
What do I do if my Square Off develops a fault in the first twelve months of ownership?
If they do give me a satisfactory reply then I'm in on this exciting project.
Will keep you posted.

The Russian pieces were designed as an additional set for a recent ChessGenius update only Richard's are silver & black and Aar...

Re: chess computer board

Hi Folkert

Excellent, I don't suppose that you have any intention to produce a user guide for anyone like me who would like to build one?

Re: benchmark new smartphones:

Ted
The latest version doesn't work with a USB board.
You can make your first move on the board and it is replayed on the iPad but Stockfish doesn't respond, in fact the app freezes.

Re: Open-source electronic chessboard with bluetooth

Re: Komodo chess engine for iOS

Hi Mike Did you know that Komodo 4 has been available for some time now on a terrible app by some unpronounceable software company. Great engine spoiled by eighties graphics. BTW.. I still use ResHacker that you recommended to me years ago. Recently I have been changing all the graphics on Majestic ...
