Re: (just for fun) Crafty 25.0 JA UCI
Don't double-click on anything. Just install 'crafty-25-32-uci-ja.exe' as uci engine in your favourite Chess gui. It won't work from command line. Thanks, Jim, indeed that works ! Question : How do you indicate the Nalimov path? I modified crafty.rc for that, and indeed I got hits (blinking) on my ...

Re: Surprise result 16 cores from CSS forum
.......AMD is garbage. Komodo is 100 percent developed with Intel CPUs. I don't think that statement is fair on two fronts, firstly because it is a big putdown to those using AMD and secondly because engine authors should realise that many engine users will use AMD architecture, just as some have m...

Interesting.
Looks like Livius won't let me connect to two different tournaments on the same port. Once I logged out of my local games, I got into yours just fine.

Re: 8 engine, 8CPU, octo roundrobin 40/40 tournament
K defended a very tough game against SF-Lazy. I went to bed thinking SF was going to win and I woke up surprised to see a draw. I haven't had much time to go through the game, but I didn't see any game 22 style catastrophes. [pgn] [Event "Top 8 Round Robin 2015"] [Site "ChessGUI"] [Date "2015.12.25"...

88% done and K 9.3 continues to maintain a 2 point lead over the Stockfishes. No real separation between SF-YBW and SF-Lazy.
The next version of this will start around January. I would like to add some contempt to Stockfish, as I feel that should help it some against some of the other engines.
