Unfortunately the python script is not working on Windows, and we're working on an alternative for it.

I guess the Europeans have the advantage here due to the many events we had here the last decade (like the CSVN tournaments, Paderborn, Mainz, a good deal of ICGA WCCCs and quite a few open national championships in e.g. Italy, Poland etc).
