Yes I played Be5 ?? I did not think about Ne5:

Why do you think it was that you did not think about the reply Ne5? Was it because this was a speed game perhaps or even time trouble in a standard game? I think I would have considered f5 in that position even though it weakens the pawn structure around the king. On the positive side, the white bishop on d3 is passive and that might give some compensation in terms of time to find defensive possibilities.

b2-b3 is not good. I would go with Bg5. Still not a very strong position but still can be a draw maybe.

I 'thought' about that position three minutes. But I spent too much time on thinking about Nf4 in previous moves so I was tired and not able to think clearly. I remember original plan was to play g5, Ng6, Ne5 etc. But in the last thirty seconds I decided to play Be5 and block immediately.
