Probably a mistake in the age in the fide rating list.

I am looking for the best young players with fide rating.
I found the following for age 5:

The 5 years old girl(birth year 2010) started to play in age 2(2012) and already won games in the beginning of 2013

I guess based on the data that there is a mistake in the year of birth of her and the real year is 2000 and not 2010
