Crafty Classic 2004 Questions

Hi.

I'm busy setting up Crafty Classic 2004 on my HP iPaq hx4700 PDA and would very much appreciate some help.

1. Can anyone tell me where to get the personality opening books? I've got a zip file that contains most of the GM books, but is missing a few.

2. What book does Crafty Classic use if there is no book for the selected personality in the book path?

3. Is there a wide (fairly equal chance of playing many different opeings and variations, not necessarily the strongest lines) book available for Crafty (or a setting to make it play weaker lines)?
