Don't know about it,haven't used it that often except on WCCC matches a few years ago but it seems that ICC isn't user friendly and you would have to learn to use commands and only 1800 players will be online compared to usual 4000 in playchess.

But there are very few titled players on playchess as compared to ICC and also playchess don't have online record of the games being played.
And if you disconnected you lost the game no adjourn option.

I'm sure there are titled players in playchess but they don't keep their title next to their ratings.
ICC bullet and blitz are not fast compared to playchess.
It seems fair to me that you must not be allowed to adjourn the game if you get disconnected as it is not correspondance or postal chess,and it is online chess.

They all offer trials so you can sign up and form your own opinion. Asking for best is asking for opinions which could be biased.

icc has the stongest players around, especially if you play at a time when eastern europe is awake.

I think playchess has alot more begininner level because anybody who buys the popular fritz game gets a playchess membership


also, icc has correspondence tournements that don't allow players to use chess engines. (you can use database software and books).
