Why doesn't someone play Strelka against Rhybka? This seems to be a general trend in this forum. I see many examples where members are playing programs against each other.

We've been through this farce already. Can't someone just search the archives and delete all these threads. The author sent his code in for inspection!

True, yet there are two problems with that previous inspection:
1. An updated version of Stelka has been released that makes it seem even more like Rybka.
2. It seems to me that they compared the Strelka source code to all known source codes, which doesn't include Rybka.

However, I reserve my opinion because I prefer to let both sides reveal all relevant information and arguments first.

The code he has send was Strelka 1.0 beta.
Not the Strelka 1.8 UCI.
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....

Personally I find this completely irrelevant.

"Is program B a clone of program A? Here's the code for program B. Oh by the way you don't get to see the code for program A."

Huh!?
How can you possibly conclude anything from that?
