I missed part of this. Is this move supposedly losing or drawing as opposed to winning???

I guess it is because that rybka has more knowledge than rybka beta.

The commercial version of rybka probably have some bonus for having more pawns in pawn endgames and it prevents her to find d6.

What score The Baron has after dxc6?
Can you provide an analysis after 1.dxc6.....?

It would be nice if engines started to show draw scores in such position after dxc6 for example..... I wonder what The Baron thinks.....
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....

No drawscore, but about half a pawn lower evaluation.
I'm very careful not to reduce scores in drawish positions too much, as it may not really be a draw. And sacrificing material to get to such positions may be very risky.

I've seen a lot of analysis by engines here but I have not seen a mate score yet.

Hi,
I did a longer evaluation with Deep Shredder 10 and after both engines had a queen the evaluation droppes down.

Maybe this is a draw position? Or can you show me please the way to win?
