Zappa is Playing Like a Little Girl Against Kasparov

Post by tjfroh »

I predict a sound win for Rybka who is dominating the board with a pawn storm and is mounting a kingside attack while Zappa has his heavy pieces on the queen side.

Aunt Timmy

PS I could be wrong. If I were playing Rybka in this game I would resign right now. Of course I have never beat Rybka 2.3.2. I haven't even drawn against the beast on my Intel E6850 core duo x2 64bit at 3.1 GHz.

You are the one who sounds like a little girl posting inflammatory titled threads. I don't give a hoot who wins between rybka/zappa but I would not stoop to such lows.

Eitan,

Where's your soccer spirit? Can't computer chess geeks make outrageous statements of fact?

Enjoy the game,

Where is your predicted win? Zappa draws the game and wins the match.

Tim you should ask yourself why you are constantly putting down chess programs that are superior to you at playing chess? Don't you realize that it is the same thing as making sarcastic remarks about Kasparov or other great players that would humble you over the board? It's like amateur golfers telling Tiger woods he can't putt. Grow up and stop crying for attention.

Eitan,

Rybka won 2 games and Zappa won 3 games. Big deal!
Both programs are of equal strength. Both are excellent.
The fact that there were five draws tells us that they are
both about equal in tactical and positional ability. Yesterday's game
showed that Rybka was 7 points ahead on material but the position was a draw nevertheless.

Enjoy,

Aunt Timmy

PS After 20 games the scores might have favored Rybka but then
that would take too long.
