Most people so far seem to prefer the election of individuals but only Rolf has given any reasons - and these seem to be concerned with his belief that teams would somehow assist Chris Whittington and Thorsten Czub. It would be useful to see some reasoned views in favour of the present system expressed in that thread containing the poll.
