I hope the reason for joining that I supplied to the group moderator was good enough.
Unfortunately, the Robin home page doesn't seem to exist any more, and only the book is available from web.archive.org. Maybe Guenther Simon can host the engine on his home page....?
EGM is probably free available, but I don't know where to find it.
I can't seem to find it either. I've found a few Gothic chess pages that mention EGM 0.1. I assume it can play classic chess as well.

Is this the same EGM ???
If EGM is a WinBoard engine, and knows how to play Gothic Chess, (or has a dedicated version that does), I would be very interested!
I guess it must be, as the report of the Gothic Chess World Championship 2004 lists this:
* Pawel Kobylarz, 30, from Gdynia, Poland. Author of the EGM 0.1 program.

My limited knowledge of EGM comes from 15 or so minutes of hardcore Googling.
It does appear that EGM 0.1 is capable of playing as a Winboard or UCI engine too, according to these links:

Whether there are separate programs for the regular and Gothic versions, I have no clue.

Yes, this is the same EGM.
A few days ago EGM promoted to 3rd league of LPPS (league of polish chess engines):

Do you know anything about this Pawel Kobylarz? E.g. does he have an e-mail address, where I could contact him?

Not true, I currently have all the interesting engines in my list... I am just trying to go for a record to be the only one who has played with all the engines.
If you look at Rank# 425, you will see Micromax..
Tony, your list lacks some quite interesting engines from Poland:
pikoSzachy
Sierzant
Porucznik
Robin
EGM
Joanna
As you might have noticed, I am going down in alphabetical order, and those will be added within few months. Also, I mentioned Piko on my last post, even though I misspelled the name.

Here is a slightly updated no play list...
AKIBA 0.0 (moves too slow and loses on time)
Arics 0.95 (does not move)
Zchess 2 from Eamonn Ramsay (loses on time, 100% of the time)
